I'm not being allowed to purchase or send gifts to people in the store. Other than that, that's the major issue that I'm dealing with.

I tried to call a support line, but both times it said it could not be completed as dialed. My quest cash and everything I've bought are at risk of being deleted off of my account because I let my little brother play on it.

I have a motive to file an appeal. I now have a debit card that is not a gift card, so it should go through.

I had a warranty for my Meta Quest 3 and I broke the charging port, so I should have got a VR back, but my grandpa passed away who originally gifted it to me. I had 2 months left on the warranty before I had to renew it.

But for some reason, even though it was still being paid for, they canceled it. I have over $200 spent on games for that, plus a lot of friends.

Meaning they scammed me out of $699. 1 star; if I could give them 0.5, I would.

Can't get hold of anybody, but money taken from PayPal account and nothing shown in my purchase history in my Meta account.

I wanted to buy a game, but the in-game currency is in dollars, and I wanted to buy it in yen because my Quest Cash is in yen.

I refunded a game, and it did not go into my bank account. This was March 24th, and it's now April 6th.
