Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Resolved: Meta quest pro controllers are stuck at firmware version 1.36.0 and can't update to latest version
I just got some meta quest pro controllers from my friend the other day, the version is 1.36.0 and is stuck there when I try to update it, I have tried unpairing and repairing the controllers to even factory resetting my headset. None of those have worked, and I just need help and see if you guys can reset it if I send the serial number

Quick settings, not working

I am having issues with finding experimental futures, I cannot access the tile labeled accounts, or the option to turn in app sharing. I even made I had the most recent update by doing a factory reset, did not work.
We have a total of 4 quests in the home (the quest 3 is mine (I am trying to make it the primary), the other 3 are oculus 2s, all 3 belong to my 3 kids), I want to set things up so they can play with the games that I have already purchased. But none of the options or steps I can find/research to make this happen. The CS phone # doesnt give me anything (no computer assistance (I dont like that anyways), or a live person. Not even an option to send a work ticket request).
I have spent the last 3 days trying to make this work, but was a complete failure. For an advance system, you think it would provide options for me to ask, use internal resources (the AI part in my quest 3 could not provide me steps to follow to get to accounts, double check the accounts, or add the accounts, and then activate app sharing for my kids to see what apps they can use (I do not want to spend 4x the $ for my kids to play vador or galaxies edge, etc., when app sharing has already been a shared factor for the last 2+ years). I am also not happy that my factory reset option did not provide the experimental features option anymore (my oculus 3 had it back in Nov 2024). I respectfully suggest and request you provide a platform to correct things.
I can only honestly believe is this recent update(s) that has happened has taken things away from your users aka: CLIENTS!!!
Out of the 4 headsets purchased, I not 3 is being used now, I he 4th person wants to play a game that I did not want to spend more money to own it again. Please visit supervisors and major managers of the CSR platform to address calls and messages and confront the tech team to bring back the app shared features
Preferred solution: I need the app share, the account tab, and the experimental features to return to be seen and used. Adding is best, taking major reasons to own and play is not good

My sister dumped Pepsi on it, and now it will not work. It keeps on showing the Meta Quest symbol.
I thought it was working today because it showed an updating thing, but it's still not working. I tried calling, and it said that the number could not be reached, and then it hung up on me.
I will try again to see if it will work, but most likely it won't. I hate my sister.

Not satisfied could not get batman game loaded. Email said you stop free game on April 30th i bought the vr on that date it still said it wasn't available. I'm frustrated I'm just going to return the system it's not worth the headache
